How it works

2. Get matched — We match students to professionals based on interests and availability.
3. Connect — You arrange the details (e.g., Zoom, Teams, or phone) and have a focused informational interview.
4. Optional — If you’re open to it, you can offer in-person shadowing or a follow-up; that’s arranged after the match.

This is an educational and networking experience, not a recruitment event. The goal is for students to learn about roles, industries, and career paths—and for you to share your experience and your organization’s story.
